Meeting called to order at 3:38 pm.
Approval of March 3, 2009 minutes: minutes approved as printed
Unfinished Business:
* Defibrillator update: The Lion’s Club grant was written, submitted and approved. The Lion’s Club will contribute $1500.00 each for three defibrillators. (Cost of each defibrillator is $1460 plus tax – extra will be paid for by the district.) Policy and procedure document will be finalized and given to Ron Cowan and Kenn Robinson to present at the Bellingham School Board meeting. A proposal to encumber money for training will be submitted to Ron Cowan before the end of the 2008/2009 school year.
New Business:

New Members: Denise will send an e-mail to staff so that staff members are given the
opportunity to participate in this committee.

Calendar for 2009/2010: Meetings for the year will be set by the new
committee, but the first meeting will on Tuesday, September 22, 2009, 3:30 pm
at the Transportation office.
Claims Review:
* Sue Thomas reports that she looks at each injury report, so the copy of the Employee Injury spreadsheet being sent to her is not new information to her. Denise will continue sending it this year.
